My stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, the service top-notch, and the staff extremely helpful. I want to especially thank Aifaz for his kind assistance and outstanding service. He was courteous, respectful, and always willing to assist when needed. His commitment and professionalism made my visit much more comfortable. I sincerely value his efforts and strongly endorse this hotel.

Full mismanagement, few staff especially reception staff were irresponsible, lift was not working properly, we were stucked in lift for 10 min there was no help from staff side.

This hotel is an absolute disaster. Booking it was the worst choice I've ever made. The only good thing is its location next to Eternity Mall, which unfortunately just means you can easily waste your money. The problems are countless, but here are some highlights: The intercom is broken and useless, so you can't call for help because no one responds. I paid for a complimentary breakfast through Agoda, but it doesn't exist—it's a total bait-and-switch. The refrigerator they promised is a joke, and the electric kettle is nowhere to be found. The air conditioning barely worked on the first night and completely stopped on the second. The power went out at least ten times, leaving you in darkness and heat. The shower sprays water all over the bathroom except on you. The toiletries are tiny soaps that are barely usable. The elevator broke down on the fourth floor, forcing my wife and me to climb stairs like a punishment. Paying ₹6,500 for this dump is outright theft. To make matters worse, the front desk staff just smile and say "sorry sir" without doing anything to fix the problems. Stay far away from this place.

Worst hotel stay experience ever.They said the rooms had Centralised AC but it was not working and would soon be repaired. So made us stay in a twin bedroom with just a single ceiling fan. No allotment of stand fan or anything and even the windows couldn't be opened. We were drenched with sweat and no ventilation all night.No lighting as there was power cut at reception, rooms were dirty, smelly and stuffy. There was no proper ventilation or exhaust in the bathrooms, hence it became more smelly for the entire room. Service was so slow that just a single guy was handling everything and thus he was either delayed or didn't listen to our requests.We asked for room cleaning or just wiping, tea kits, extra towels and they were not provided. No complimentary breakfast was provided and we were charged for breakfast.Out of two lifts, one was not working and was stuck entire time at -2. So if you forget something in your room and come to G and try to go back for it, a good 10 minutes would be wasted just waiting for your elevator to arrive.Paan/gutkha spits near dustbin, itchy, unwashed, dirty bedsheets, cold breakfast food, high exorbitant menu prices were to name a few USPs of the place.The Receptionist was very rude and uncooperative. A living hell with royal amenities that are being wasted due to improper management.Would not recommend anyone to book any rooms here as it is just a waste of your money as well as your mental peace.
