Hotel O highway blues

This hotel was very disappointing and unprofessional. We booked online and got a proper confirmation, but when we arrived, the staff refused to give us our room. They kept saying no rooms were available, even after we showed our booking and payment proof. What’s the point of booking online if the hotel doesn’t honor it? The staff were rude and careless, ignoring us and making us wait a long time instead of helping. After traveling, we were left stranded and had to find another hotel last minute. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had, with unreliable management and no respect for customers. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel, or you might be denied entry despite a confirmed booking.

The check-in process was very poor, accepting only Digilocker IDs. The staff act as if they are above the law and make their own rules. They don't even have the basic courtesy to stand and talk to guests. I can't understand how they got a hotel license. Their service is very bad; I didn't even book a room. I was put off by their check-in procedure and left. Their way of speaking was also annoying.

This is the worst hotel. Avoid booking it at all costs. They mainly cater to UMCs and focus on renting rooms on a short-term hourly basis. Do not book online or visit with your family. Oyo also does not take responsibility for the hotel even after accepting partial payment for the booking.

Had to wait 4 hours 30 minutes to check-in.

Hotel is not having kichen & not providing room service. Hence Complementary breakfast not provided by them as offered by ixigo
