They tried to cheat by not providing a proper tax invoice. Finally, I received it only after a lot of arguments. Even then, the price charged was almost double compared to the rate shown when booking online.If you go directly and book a room, they overcharge heavily. It’s better to book through a hotel booking app and save money.The food quality is very bad and not worth the price.

Great location to stay,Good rooms according to the rates,But service is one of the best i have seen in India.Very helpful staff with a huge smile on face.I stay at Citizen almost 2-3 days every month & they never disappoint.& my car is always very well parked......
