Hotel City Inn

Pls don't come here. We came by mistake without seeing the review. Worst experience we had here. We paid 2500 for 2D and they are cheating us that we have paid only for 1D. Fraud hotel and cheating people. Pls don't waste your money by coming here. Instead prefer some other hotel. Fraud fraud fraud fraud.....

Worst stay experience i ever had in my life, rooms are in worst condition asked for a room shift but no response from the hotel side. don���t ever book rooms here

Worst ever customer service a person can get I can't rate less than a star and so am giving one star. If OYO doesn't pay the hotel people why customers are responsible for? We have been made to wait for more than 2 hours and also the guests with myself were all women who came came to attend a meeting and because of their poor customer service we were made to wait all the while and also adding to it the people in front desk doesn't even know English or even Kanada so it was very much difficult to make them understand what the situation is.. I highly highly recommend not to book here for any of the people who are searching for rooms near madiwala, the worst ever service..

The only good thing about the hotel is the staff. The service however is not up to the mark. For everything you need to ask them even for water you have to inform them. Room was really small the washroom was even small. No views or anything from the windows. When open it you can see the walls that's it.

I booked the room for 3 n it wasnt like the photos on the internet. So not upto our expectation but the stay is good and service is not bad...the washroom facilities are below average as there are no place to hang our towel and same situation in the room too cant hang the clothes anywhere. Just things like these should be taken care of by the hotel incharges rest all is good.
