Very disappointing experience. We paid ’3,000+ for a room with breakfast included, but they have their own rules that customers are apparently not informed about beforehand. They even refused to provide breakfast for a child, despite the amount being paid.The receptionist, especially the Malayali staff member, behaved extremely rudely and showed no consideration for the fact that we were a family. The situation became so unpleasant that it almost turned into a confrontation.For the amount we paid, we did not receive the room facilities or food service we expected. Overall, it was a very bad experience.I strongly recommend that others avoid booking a room here.

The hotel offers excellent service with clean, comfortable rooms. Its location is a major advantage, situated directly opposite Chennai Central Railway Station, making it very convenient for travelers. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby serving both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, making it a great choice for a comfortable stay.

My mother had recently undergone ear surgery, and when we requested food with less spice, the staff and chefs were very understanding and prepared special meals just for her. Their thoughtful service and willingness to accommodate our needs meant a lot to our family.We also used their travel and tour service, and it exceeded our expectations. They helped us create a customized itinerary based on the places we wanted to visit and planned everything perfectly. The journey was comfortable, well organized, and stress-free. Thanks to their excellent planning and support, we were able to enjoy all the attractions at our own pace. The room service was very good, and we had a pleasant stay. Mr. Sanjay, who manages the reception, was very helpful and ensured that we were given clean and well-maintained rooms. The hotel also provides breakfast, which was convenient. However, the air conditioners were not in the best condition, as they would sometimes leak or stop working suddenly. That said, the room service team was very responsive and quick to assist us whenever any issue occurred. Overall, the service and staff support made the stay comfortable.

Excellent location! It’s a very short, walkable distance from Chennai Central, which is perfect for travelers.However, the rooms feel quite dated. Specifically, the bathroom taps were stiff and unnecessarily complicated to operate. Aside from the aging fixtures, everything else was decent. The downstairs restaurant was just "okay"’convenient for a quick bite, but nothing special.Great for a short transit stay if location is your top priority.
