Hotel is at good location with basic facilities. Food quality is so so..Cost wise it's looks to be costlier

A very letdown experience. The staff showed no courtesy when interacting with guests. Even though I usually choose this hotel for my annual trip to Ganpatipule, instead of offering assistance or clear explanations, they rudely told me, “Go check online if you find a better price.” Their conduct was highly unprofessional. Hospitality involves more than just providing rooms; it’s also about how guests are treated. I wouldn’t suggest this place solely because of the poor customer service.

The stay was pleasant and the rooms were tidy, though the building is quite dated. The paint on the walls is chipping, the elevator is very old and potentially unsafe (best to avoid if possible), the bedsheets were quite dirty, and toiletries provided were minimal, just a small soap and shampoo packet. The food was tasty but expect a 30-minute wait. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited. The hotel is located in a quiet area within walking distance to the temple and beach. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The hotel is well situated, within walking distance to both the temple and the beach.
