I stayed at this hotel in Ganpatipule with my family (mother, father, sister, and me). We paid ₹5,500 for an AC room with two beds, but the experience was very disappointing overall. The room was dirty and did not match the standards expected for the price. The main problem was the air conditioning, which worked only until about 8 PM and then stopped for the whole night, making it hard to sleep. The service was also bad. When we called staff about issues like the TV not working, it took them one to two hours to respond. This is not acceptable for the price paid. The TV also kept turning off randomly. The food was another letdown. We paid ₹550 per plate, but the quality and taste were poor and not worth the cost. At checkout, the hotel admitted the AC problem and refunded just ₹500. Although this was a kind gesture, it did not make up for the trouble during our stay. Overall, this was one of my worst hotel experiences: poor upkeep, slow service, expensive bad food, and an uncomfortable stay. I would not suggest this hotel and would not return.

I enjoyed a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and the service was top-notch. The staff were polite, attentive, and eager to assist. The food was better than expected, enhancing the whole experience. I would certainly return.

This offers excellent value for the price.

Nice staff and clean hotel, facilities also good and near by temple
