Hotel Florence Continental

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with a bad smell throughout. The bathroom had continuous water leakage, making it uncomfortable to use. Several amenities, including the refrigerator, were either not working or poorly maintained. Housekeeping and overall maintenance were below expectations, and the service was slow and unhelpful. Overall, the hotel did not provide the basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. I would strongly advise others to consider a different hotel.
