Hotel Florence Continental

One of the most highly recommended stays in Nagaur. The maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel deserve special mention ’ the rooms, lobby, and common areas were spotless and well-kept at all times. The ambiance is pleasant and relaxing, providing the perfect blend of comfort and charm that Udaipur is known for.The hotel management clearly focuses on guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Whether it was housekeeping, front desk, or dining services, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.Overall, it was an excellent stay experience ’ a true example of how a 3-star property can deliver 5-star hospitality through dedication, discipline, and warmth. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Udaipur for business or leisure.Kudos to Ms. Usha Sharma and her entire team for their superb management and commitment to guest delight. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Udaipur.

This hotel has degraded its service and basic facilities. I checked-in today at 4 am with early check in charges but checked-out same day at 9:30 am looking into the water quality in bathroom. Full of mud and dirt. Above all, without any guilt and apology, they charged also. Avoid this hotel for safety of your health and hygiene.

I stayed at Florence Continental Hotel and overall the experience was good and mostly as per our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, the stay was pleasant, and the location is perfect, making it very convenient to explore Udaipur.However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to some concerns around the policies. It was mentioned that early check-in is complimentary, but we were still charged an additional ’300 for early check-in, which was a bit disappointing. Also, when we enquired about an extended late check-out, we were informed that we would need to pay the entire day’s room tariff, which felt unreasonable.Apart from these issues, the stay itself was good. With better transparency and flexibility around check-in/check-out policies, this hotel could easily offer a great overall experience.

I stayed there for 2 nights and I had to face so many problems. 1) Ac is not working. 2) The bathroom is not properly cleaned and even the geyser doesn't work proper so you have to heat the water with the help of kettle.3) Small insects are roaming around the room and on a table too.4) Bed sheets and pillow covers are not clean.Overall the room is not that good but yes you can manage it, If you have already booked it. Everything is near by the hotel so that's the good part.
