Overall excellent but need some solution on bed bugs.
Old but Beautiful property with good amenities. Food was very good. Only thing to improve is service and staff can be better welcoming. We checked in in the evening, no greet and welcome drink nothing, No one even bothered. Next day i have seen Guests who checkin in the noon were received properly. This is not right. Also, exhaust in the washroom was not working, bad smell in the room and washroom remained damp because of that. I called multiple times but no one turned up, I gave a feedback while leaving but again no one bothered. Guest service and reception was missing
Awesome property, very neat and clean rooms. However facility can be improved.Chinese restaurant food was below standards and service was slow. Breakfast was ok ok, no service, taste was average.Activity room was name sake. No staff, no playing equipments. Have called them 2-3 times to send a ball, shuttle cork, kids ball. But no one turned out. Swimming pool was closed around 1 pm noon. Door was locked. We didn’t visit the property just to see the view, wanted to enjoy amenities aswell. But couldn’t at all
