Couple • India • Oct 2026I booked this hotel through Agoda for my guests. Unfortunately, from early morning there was no water supply in the bathroom. My guests were unable to use the toilet properly and could not take a bath.This is a very basic facility that a hotel should provide. The situation caused serious inconvenience, especially because my guests had travelled from Kerala and were staying there for the night.The experience was extremely disappointing. I would expect the hotel to ensure a reliable water supply and immediately address such basic issues when they occur.Overall experience: Very poor.

Not so good. Window just behind the bed. Very hot and fan running very very slow. Room was too hot. I left at afternoon 4.30 pm. I was staying in room only 3 hours. Other times I was in outside, because of room heat. Staff behaviour is very rude. Bathroom not good.
