Improvement required. Level of breakfast not up to the Mark
I have been staying here since the night of September 15th, 2026. The quality of this hotel has gone down. This is my second visit this year. Here are the main issues: 1). The fan hook is in bad shape. The ceiling fan could fall anytime on the guest sleeping below it. Very poor maintenance. 2). There are cockroaches in the room. Terrible pest control. 3). If you want to take a bath, there is no hot water. You have to ask many times. Then they switch on the main boiler. You wait 30 minutes for hot water, wasting 4-5 buckets of water. Especially on a business trip, every minute in the morning counts. Very frustrating experience. 4). The restaurant does not keep empty glasses on the table. I saw people drinking water directly from the jug. The captain took 15 minutes to bring glasses. Only stay here if you have patience and high tolerance.
