यह होटल बहुत खराब है, यहाँ न तो अच्छी सेवा मिलती है और न ही बात करने का सही तरीका। यहाँ गैस्ट को उनकी जरूरत की चीजें उपलब्ध होने के बावजूद नहीं दी जातीं, और गैस्ट का स्वागत करने की भी कोई तमीज नहीं है। अगर होटल चलाना है तो स्टाफ को अच्छा रखो, वरना होटल बंद कर दो। रिसेप्शन वाले भी बहुत बदतमीज हैं। यह होटल ग्रांड शिवा बहुत गंदा है।

If you are thinking about hosting a party at this hotel, I strongly advise against it. This is the worst hotel I've encountered, with terrible management and service. They ruined my entire event. Honestly, never even think about holding a function here. I've never experienced such poor hotel conditions and management in my life.
