They have separate rooms/buildings for online bookings. The rooms are very small and congested.We booked a room through Agoda for 17 July 2026 (prepaid). We went to the hotel to check in at 2:30 PM. The receptionist (Ms. Nikita) allotted us room number 411, which is in the new building. (They actually have two interconnected buildings.) While we were completing the check-in formalities, someone called Ms. Nikita and asked at what price we had booked our hotel. In the meantime, Ms. Nikita went to the back office, returned in a few minutes, and changed our room, allotting us room number 418 instead (in the old building).We asked her for the reason. She claimed that room number 411 was not ready and was still being cleaned. At that time, we were not aware of the two interconnected buildings.When we went to the room, we were shocked. The room was very small and congested—approximately 125 square feet (excluding the bathroom). We called the receptionist and asked her to change our room and allot us a room in the new building. She told us, "You paid less, so you will only get this type of room. Other people who paid more will get rooms in the new building." We insisted that she change our room. After some time, she showed us another room (room number 417) with twin beds, but it was the same size and in the old building, which we didn't like. So, we stayed in the original room.Whoever books this hotel online, please be careful. We booked this hotel after seeing the online ratings, but the room was not worth the price we paid and expected. You can easily get this type of room for under 1,500 Rs.Thank you.
decent functional stay rooms. 80 rooms. easy to get early checkin. friendly staff like siva shailendra and restaurant managers. restaurant functional timings not 24 hours. good bfast buffet. google maps tower needs to be corrected to shakamba tower to avoid going around in circles.
