No cleanliness, tiny rooms, non-functional AC, everything was pathetic I checked in at afternoon and checked out in the evening. Even I didn't continued the stay.
They refused to let us check in, and the customer service was terrible; no one offered a solution and they hung up abruptly without any explanation.

I reserved a room on Booking.com for about ₹1,500, but upon arrival at the reception, they demanded around ₹2,100. They claimed there was a "site glitch" and that my reservation was changed, insisting on charging me as a walk-in guest instead of honoring my original booking. How is this possible? I booked through Booking.com at a lower price, yet they charged me more.
