Good place to stay for family
I want to provide feedback about my stay at your hotel over the past three days. The hospitality and service from most of your staff have been satisfactory. However, I am very unhappy with the behavior of your manager, Mr. Manchappan. His actions were unprofessional and did not meet the expected standards for a manager. This experience negatively impacted an otherwise enjoyable stay. I hope you take this seriously and address the issue promptly. I await your response on how this will be resolved.
