I stayed at this hotel with my family on 29.06.2026 and booked a suite room for ₹4,500. Sadly, it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The air conditioner was broken, and despite my complaint at reception, no action was taken. The staff seemed indifferent and there was no follow-up. The hotel requires full payment upfront but then neglects guests' basic comfort. There was no hospitality, no free tea or coffee, and no breakfast offered. To top it off, the bed sheets were dirty, which is unacceptable. It felt like the management cares only about collecting money rather than ensuring a quality stay or addressing complaints. They also appear to ignore guest feedback and Google reviews, likely because they still get bookings through travel apps. I would not suggest this hotel to families or anyone expecting cleanliness, working amenities, and good customer service. I hope the management listens to feedback and improves their standards.

We give 5 stars. The stay was wonderful and the service excellent. The room was spotless and the hospitality was outstanding.
