The room cost is a little high considering the facilities provided. The Wi-Fi is not working inside the room, even though we have already informed the hotel staff about the issue. The Wi-Fi is still not available inside the rooms.While booking through Agoda, the rooms were shown as spacious, with sufficient space and sofas. Based on the pictures and details provided, we booked the rooms. However, the actual rooms are much smaller than expected, with only a queen-size bed and insufficient space. There is also no working Wi-Fi inside the room.Overall, the room size and facilities provided are not satisfactory compared with the price we paid. The room cost does not seem reasonable considering the facilities and actual conditions of the room.
