The room and bathroom were not well kept. The bathroom had a strong, bad odor that made it hard to use. We faced the same problem even after switching rooms. There were stains all over the bathroom and room. The room service staff was helpful. Breakfast was mediocre with few options. The receptionists were unfriendly and not welcoming. Overall, the stay was disappointing.

Disappointing Family Stay

We reserved 4 rooms for our family. The rooms were acceptable, but the bathrooms were very dirty and obviously not cleaned well. The biggest letdown was the breakfast. It started at 7:30 AM, but by 8:00 AM, most of the food was gone. They didn't restock, and we waited nearly 40 minutes. Even the plates were all taken, so we had to wait just to get one. The breakfast service and cleanliness were very poor. Definitely not worth the price, especially for a family stay. I do not recommend it.
