I wish I could rate this place zero stars! The service was terrible. The woman at the front desk refused to let me into my room even though I had just gotten married nearby. I arrived at 4am, exhausted and still in my wedding dress, pleading to get some rest. This was a truly distressing experience. All we wanted was to sleep. Absolutely awful…

Very Disappointing Stay

Expérience vraiment très décevante, rien ne marchait dans la chambre, le décor était affreux et comme ils savaient que tout serait mauvais, ils précisent dès le départ qu'il n'y aura pas de remboursement. Je ne recommande ce lieu à personne. Tout était hors service : frigo, jacuzzi, et pas d'eau chaude.

Disgusting and Unclean Stay

We couldn't stay the night because the room was extremely dirty. It's the kind of place where you don't want to remove your shoes. The low price makes sense since they clearly neglect cleaning! The bathroom was awful too; I wouldn't pay to shower there. Finding a cockroach on the window was the last straw, so we booked an Airbnb and left that same night. The front desk staff didn't even look surprised when we reported the bugs, which says a lot.
