’ 1/5 ’ Absolutely Unhygienic, Overpriced & Disgusting ExperienceMy stay at Treebo Olive Inn Mumbai was shocking, unacceptable, and completely unhygienic. This property should not be operating under any hospitality brand.The room was in a filthy condition. The walls were covered with dirty stains, dust was clearly not cleaned for days, and the pillow covers had a horrible smell that directly caused me a cough and breathing discomfort. This is a serious health hazard, not just poor service.I asked for an extra bed, and what I received was embarrassing ’ a dirty bedsheet and only a duvet cover, with no blanket (kambal) or proper duvet provided. When questioned, the staff casually said this is ’Treebo policy.’ If this is truly Treebo’s policy, then it clearly shows zero concern for guest hygiene and comfort.The booking was handled by Mr. Aryan, introduced as Head of Sales, who spoke very politely while booking but charged an extremely high amount. Once payment was done, the service quality completely collapsed. This felt misleading, manipulative, and unprofessional.The staff behavior was rude, careless, and arrogant. Instead of addressing complaints, they tried to justify dirt, bad smell, and poor service as ’normal.’ There was no apology, no solution, and no accountability.This hotel is grossly overpriced, poorly managed, and dangerously unhygienic. I would strongly warn families, business travelers, and anyone with health issues to stay away from this property.This was a waste of money, a risk to health, and a complete failure of hospitality standards. Never staying here again.

Very bad and overpriced hotel. Visitors are not allowed to come to your room, and no one is allowed to meet you at the hotel. After complaining, there was no solution from the staff. This is a third-class hotel with a very poor management team. Mr. Aryan from the sales team spoke in a diplomatic way but was not helpful at all. Not recommended.

Very Poor Experience ’ Not Worth the PriceThis was a very disappointing stay. The hotel is like a 3rd-class property with no basic amenities. We paid ’2000 extra for an additional bed, but they did not even provide a proper blanket. They only gave us a thin bed sheet for the night, which is unacceptable.I complained to the reception, but they refused to provide a blanket or any solution. The staff was unhelpful and did not take the complaint seriously.The location of the hotel is also very bad and feels unsafe. For ’6000 per night, this hotel is extremely overpriced and does not even meet 1-star standards.Very poor service, bad location, and no value for money. I am extremely disappointed with Treebo for listing such a property

The rooms at this place are good, but the service needs improvement. I observed an elderly guest carrying his own luggage while the hotel staff just watched ’ this should be handled better. Also, the quality of the complimentary breakfast needs improvement.
