I had booked this property for 2 nights and made full payment in advance. However, upon reaching the location, I discovered that the hotel had shifted to a different address. The contact number provided by Agoda was invalid, making it extremely difficult to get assistance.After searching online, I managed to find an alternate number. Upon calling, I was informed that check-in had already been marked as completed under my name, even though I had not checked in. Additionally, customer support failed to provide the correct hotel contact details in a timely manner.This experience has been highly disappointing and inconvenient. I request an immediate refund for this booking. If the issue is not resolved within 7 days (by March 18, 2026), I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through social media and consumer forums.I request Agoda to contact me at the earliest to resolve this matter and avoid further escalation.*** (M.Com., LL.B.)
THis was the worst hotel i have booked through Agoda. The room was dirty, the blankets were wet. When asked to change the blanket, the staff informed that all the blankets are wet as the laundry guy has brought them all wet. This is a scam by Agoda with their customers. Waste of money.
They will charge more if you book by online if the price is less than 1800. TV is also not working. No hot water.
