Hotel O Delhi Empire

Don't book this hotel. They will charge you extra and give you a room that is already used. When I arrived, the room was not clean. The hotel staff had an annoying attitude. It felt like an old lodge. They charged me extra for the room and kicked me out after just 5 hours. If you want to enjoy your stay, avoid this hotel.

Room was clean and service was good. Staff was nice too.

Rooms smell bad and they don't let you control the AC how you want, staff is really unfriendly. The location feels a bit unsafe, far from the main road, not good for night time.

NOT RECOMMENDED, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They show different room online. When you arrive, they give you a room you don't want. Then they show the real room at a higher price. We broke the room key card by accident, and they wanted ₹4000, saying they had to change the whole security system. The person who booked us didn't answer calls. Luckily, I had a friend in hotels who helped me. Staff was not nice. AC and TV didn't work. Later we found out they turn off AC from reception. Every guest had issues. They take advance payment and then show their true colors. We came to rest but couldn't sleep at all. I don't recommend this place.

They control the AC from reception, no remote for each room. They turn it on and off and set the temperature too.
