His behavior was very unpleasant. The room was tiny, and I even spotted a cockroach on my bed. The bedsheet and blanket were both unclean. I would advise you to reconsider before booking this hotel.

Avoid booking through Agoda and Oyo Rooms; they are terrible platforms. The property manager at Hotel O The Primero Near Leisure Valley Park is also very bad. I booked my stay at 9 am via Agoda and Oyo Rooms and requested early check-in since the check-in time was 12 pm. Oyo Rooms support arranged a call with the property manager who confirmed I could arrive by 10:30 am. When I got there, he made me wait in the waiting area. After 30 minutes, when I asked for the room, he said they no longer accept bookings from Oyo Rooms and told me to contact Oyo customer support. I had already prepaid 1200, so I had no choice. When I contacted support, they offered to move me to a hotel 7 km away and said cancellation would take over two weeks for a refund. This feels like a scam where they make you pay first and then send you to a distant hotel. If I had to stay far away, why did I pay so much? Also, if the property partner wasn't accepting Oyo bookings, why didn't he inform me earlier? Worst experience ever.
