Frustrating Parking Experience

We parked our car in the parking lot, but unfortunately another car cross-parked in the middle, blocking us from moving out. We waited for 1.5 hours, yet the security staff and reception did not make any proper effort to contact the owner of the vehicle. They simply told us to wait until 11, which was extremely unhelpful and showed poor service.

I am guest of this hotel and I really feel safe here. The rooms are bright and the bed is very comfy. The service staff is very friendly and caring whatever we need they will arrange and help us with food & drinks.The restaurant food is very tasty and the kitchen is very clean and hygienic.
