Hotel Paradise Mansion Mussoorie

Staying at this hotel in Mussoorie was disappointing, particularly given the cost. The cleanliness was below par, with bedsheets that were not adequately clean. Moreover, the Wi-Fi was non-functional throughout my visit, which was inconvenient. When guests pay a high price, fundamental amenities such as cleanliness and reliable Wi-Fi should be ensured. Sadly, the experience did not justify the expense. I hope the management addresses these issues to enhance the stay for future visitors.

Only room and location is good. Service is very bad. The hospitality of every staff is is very bad . Only room no 112 and 114 is very good . It's location is perfect. Breakfast is very bad quality. Do not prefer the breakfast and any meal there. The kitchen quality is worst. In breakfast they give only aalu, poori, no chaay and no any other things. If you want room service then you should call 10 times at reception and room service.

Avoid this hotel at all costs... Completely wasted my money. The internet didn't work the entire time, and when we asked the receptionist, they blamed a fire in Delhi for the outage. What nonsense, these staff were extremely rude. The breakfast was awful... The restaurant manager seemed more focused on asking for room numbers, and there was a long line for bhature, like waiting at a wedding. Overall, a terrible and disappointing stay... don't come here, it's a total waste of money.

I am staying at this place. The property is large and the rates are high, but I was served coffee in a broken cup. Please be cautious; the waiters are careless and very casual about it. What if the chip on the cup hurts your throat or your kid's? Be careful and think before you go.
