Not Worth the MoneyThis hotel was a complete letdown. From the moment I checked in, things felt poorly managed. The reception staff seemed uninterested and slow, and there was no proper guidance about the stay.The room was dusty, poorly maintained, and had a strong unpleasant smell. The air conditioning barely worked, and there was constant noise throughout the night, making it impossible to rest properly.

Very Disappointing ExperienceI had a terrible stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The room was not clean when I checked in’there were stains on the bedsheets and the bathroom smelled bad. Housekeeping clearly doesn’t pay attention to hygiene.The staff was unhelpful and rude. Simple requests were either ignored or handled with an attitude, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. There was no proper response when I complained about the issues.The amenities mentioned online were misleading. Wi-Fi barely worked, hot water was inconsistent, and the room looked nothing like the photos shown during booking.

Definitely not a 3-star experience.’Toilet was not clean.’Geyser and plug point were unsafe - socket was half open, clear risk of short circuit. No response after reporting!!’AC had no remote.’Mirror had stains.’Room was not neat overall.’No complimentary water bottle, even after asking.’No basic complimentary items at all.’Breakfast not included (was not informed clearly).’No lift ’ had to climb to the 2nd floor.’When questioned, the receptionist casually said ’No complimentary water bottle is given’ ’ which is unacceptable for a so-called 3-star hotel.This property does not meet even basic hotel standards, leave alone 3-star expectations. Misleading categorisation and poor maintenance. Would not recommend.

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Park Avenue. The service from the executive was extremely poor and unprofessional. There was a serious lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel, which made the stay very uncomfortable.The owner’s behavior was rude and disrespectful, which was shocking and unacceptable for a hospitality business. On top of that, the overall atmosphere was very unpleasant and unwelcoming.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the time or money.

Rooms were very nice,The location is Very beautifull. Nearest to Fort kochi beach.New Management and Staffs are very Customer friendly
