I booked the room through Agoda and paid the full amount in advance. However, I was still asked to make an additional payment at the hotel, which was unexpected and unacceptable.Free Wi-Fi was not provided.Complimentary drinking water was not provided.The manager did not respond properly to my concerns.Soap was not provided.Towels were provided only after I specifically requested them.The air conditioner was not working properly.When I requested soup, I was given a very low-quality shampoo.At around 8:00 PM, I requested a bottle of water, but it was not provided. As a result, I had to purchase water from outside at my own expense.I am very disappointed with the overall service, as these are basic facilities that should be provided to guests. I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action.

Staff was very rude, for a single had to change 3 rooms, as none of the rooms were well equipped. No water supply. Breakfast was worst. No value for money
