Disappointed to find unhygienic & dirty tea maker & cup. Lot of mosquitoes & poor service. No one is able to give resolution in this hotel.Cable TV not charged despite informing the front desk. Risky electric fittings.Great location with specious room but unhappy guest.

We stayed at Hotel Raj Towers recently, and overall, it’s a decent place with potential ’ but it definitely needs some improvements.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with good beds and well-functioning air conditioning. The toilets are also large, though there was some minor clogging that needs attention. However, it’s clear that the property hasn’t been renovated or properly maintained in a while. A bit of refurbishment could really enhance the overall guest experience.The staff’s attitude could be improved, as they seemed to lack proper training in hospitality and guest handling. Some training in warm welcoming and professionalism would go a long way. The lobby also needs a makeover to make it look more elegant and inviting.Breakfast is provided at a nearby hotel within walking distance, which was inconvenient ’ it would be much better if it were served on-site. The parking area is open and would benefit from better security arrangements.We also faced an issue with the room access card, which didn’t work properly, forcing us to call the staff each time we left the room.On a positive note, we tried the AC bar, and the food was really tasty. However, the experience was spoiled by the manager and staff, who seemed eager to close early and made us feel unwelcome, even though there was no crowd.With some attention to maintenance, hospitality training, and guest experience, this hotel could truly become a great place to stay. Hopefully, they take these points constructively and improve further.GOD BLESS !

One of the worst hotel cum bar cum restaurant I have seen in my entire life too much price on liquor and too much price on beer food and everything
