Hotel RN Grand

First, I would like to explain my main pain point, followed by a detailed list of issues.Our checkout experience was extremely unpleasant. We had checked out and left our luggage at the reception. When we returned to collect it, we were accompanied by children and requested access to a restroom due to urgency. The staff behaved in an inhumane manner and did not respond properly. They outright refused to allow us to use the restroom.Now, listing the issues faced during our stay:TV was not working initially. We had to call the staff, and only then was it set up.There was no restaurant facility. We could not even get basic items like milk, coffee, or tea after evening hours until 10 PM.The restroom was locked, and it took more than one hour for them to open it. Even during this time, the staff did not speak politely.No wifiNo towels were provided in the room. I did not request them again as I was already extremely frustrated by the overall experience.

Really worst service especially evening shift people are really worst they didn't even keep towels what kind of three star hotel is this I recommend you to not to check in during evening times ..

Stayed in RN Grand for the second time this year. Value for money hotel. Decent and neat rooms & helpful staff. Near the busstand, temple.

Meticulously prepared for the stay . One of the best hotels I visited do visit atleast once

Stayed there last week and it was very nice overall. Suchitra was of great help. From a service perspective, they can be slightly better. Not a complaint but just a pointer for them to know as improvement opportunity. I am writing this as I had to make 2 calls for getting Towels and it took them 20+ mins easily to provide it. Pros :: Car parking available in basement. Governorpet is a crowded place and street parking is very challenging - watch out. Room was pretty clean and maintained well. Centralized AC worked well as expected. Overall, Economical too when compared to the multiple hotels in that area / street. If you need a good budget friendly hotel simply go for this - they will not disappoint you at all. And it is pretty close to Kanaka Durga temple and the shopping areas nearby in Bandar (MG) road.
