Not a good hotel to stay in, would certainly forbid people from booking a stay in this hotel.I stayed in the hotel for 05 days, the commode was leaking, bathroom stinking, room was full of cigrattes’ smell. Not to mention the poor service, the staff provides you with water or lifts your bags or cleans your room as if doing a favor to you. You have to go and fetch your water yourself, the roomservice guy would sit their ideally watching you take water from the fridge. Cherry on the top is the rude, impudent way with which the reception guys talk with you.So please look for some other hotel in the area.

Very very average hotel. We stayed here for a few hours before our flight.Rooms are poor, bathroom is horrible. Only good thing was AC was working fine in Chandigarh heat. The owner almost forces to give google rating but doesn't have a smile on his face ever - neither during checkin nor during check out. The helpers of the hotel were good, polite and quick.

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Royal Park, Chandigarh. We had booked a luxury room expecting good quality, but the room did not match the price charged. The commode was broken, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer luxury accommodation. Additionally, the service was very slow and unresponsive. Overall, it was not a good experience and definitely not worth the money.
