Hotel Shilpa Residency

I've been to a restaurant twice; yesterday was the second time. Polite staff, they gave us recommendations for food that is great and famous in this restaurant and how much it requires, and they were correct. Quick and food is absolutely good.

Overall, the service quality, cleanliness, and hospitality of the staff were very good. The front desk team and service staff were polite, helpful, and responsive. The seating arrangement were comfortable, well maintained, and met expectations for property.However, I would like to highlight one unpleasant experience. After I had consumed alcohol, one of the managers behaved in an unprofessional and discourteous manner. While I understand the importance of maintaining discipline and safety, the situation could have been handled more respectfully and calmly. The tone and approach used were unnecessary and left me uncomfortable.I believe such incidents can negatively affect an otherwise positive guest experience. I hope the management provides proper training to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and professionalism at all times, regardless of the situation.With some improvement in staff behavior at the managerial level, this hotel has strong potential to deliver a consistently excellent experience.

Shilpa Restaurant remains one of the best dining places in Thane. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, or even a quick snack, the experience is consistently excellent.They offer spacious indoor and outdoor seating, and the interiors are beautifully designed, creating a relaxing ambience. The menu is wide and well-curated with generous portions, and the quality of food is always top-notch. The lunch buffet especially has a great variety with delicious options.The staff is polite, attentive, and very supportive.

Totally disappointed with The Full Moon. Not recommended based on our visit.I had a very disappointing experience at The Full Moon. I visited with my family to enjoy a nice dinner, but the service and management completely let us down.We ordered soups and starters, and they took over 30 minutes to serve. For the main course, we had ordered Sultani Naan, Kerala Chicken and Butter Chicken, and the waiting time was around 45 minutes. We also ordered Rumali Roti, and I had to personally check with the management to find out why it was still not served.The service quality was very poor, and the long delays completely spoiled our family’s mood.We eventually left the food unfinished because the experience had become very frustrating.

The food at Hotel Shilpa is good, but the service is very poor, especially in the morning. When I visited, there were three staff members doing nothing, and after keeping me waiting for 5 minutes, they finally came to take my order. They even tried to give me torn money, which felt very cheap and unprofessional. One torn note could be forgiven, but the second note was also joined with transparent tape, which was clearly visible. After that, one of the floor-cleaning staff members came and started spilling water on the floor while I was standing there. Is this the right way to treat a customer? I am not visiting a local store’this behaviour is very cheap and completely unexpected.
