Hote rooms are very bad ,no cleanliness, everything is dirty, dust is every where, toilet is not clean , flush was not working, bedsheet nd pillow was too bad yakk . Over all very bad experience I ll suggest people not to stay in sliver pride.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was polite and helpful, and the service was good. Breakfast was also very tasty and well prepared. I would definitely recommend booking the room with breakfast included for a better experience

Frustrating Family Experience

Dear Team,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel.I was travelling with my family and a child on a late-night flight from Bangalore to Jaipur. Before arriving at the hotel, I called the receptionist to confirm room availability. I was assured that I would be given the best price, even better than the online rate. However, upon reaching the hotel around 3:00 AM, the management spoke very rudely and insisted on a much higher price, which was extremely unprofessional’especially considering the late hour and the fact that we were travelling with a child.Additionally, the services provided were far below expectations:’The tea we ordered was not good.’Room service was improper and delayed.’The room quality was average and not worth the price charged.’Bedsheets and other amenities were not clean or hygienic.This experience caused a lot of inconvenience to my family after a long journey. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action. I also expect a fair resolution or compensation for the inconvenience caused.Looking forward to your response.

Poor WiFi and Service

Nowadays wifi connection is a basic necessity. Throughout our stay there was no wifi connection. The staff kept giving lame excuses for the failure.Also, hotel is understaffed for service.Breakfast service and food was not worth the mention.
