Hotel Siroy Classic

Not a good hotel. The service is very poor. The AC cooled well, but the room and bathroom condition was below average.Personal experience: There was an issue with the bathroom flush, and even after calling multiple times, they did not provide a proper solution. When asked the hotel staff to move the luggage, they said they were busy with other work and told us to do it ourselves.

Staff behaviour is so bad,so rude specially receptionist.Recommendation not to visit.

Disappointing Experience ’ Not Worth the PriceI stayed at Hotel Siroy Classic expecting a decent experience, but unfortunately, it fell far below expectations. At check-in, I was told the rate for a double occupancy Deluxe Room would be ’2000. However, during checkout, I was surprised with an increased bill of ’2500 for the same room and had to pay 5000/- for only 2days of stay, a clear lack of transparency and professionalism. For a single person, the same room was quoted at ’1800, which still feels overpriced for what was offered.The room itself was underwhelming, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There were no basic amenities provided, not even complimentary water or tea/coffee, which is standard in most hotels at this price point.The food was perhaps the biggest letdown; bland, poorly prepared, and nowhere near acceptable in taste or quality.Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend *Hotel Siroy Classic* unless they make serious improvements in service, food quality, and billing transparency.

Terrible place to stay for anyone, even if it is for one night. I made a mistake by booking this hotel based on the ratings shown here. I wish there was an option to provide negative ratings. The room was dirty with pan stains on the wall, dirty linen on the bed. To top it all we were given stale food. When asked why there was a foul smell emanating from the rice, the restaurant manager denied that there was any smell & expected us to eat it. Only after repeatedly asking him to check did he take it back to the kitchen & brought us a fresh bowl of rice. Never thought cooking a bowl of rice was so difficult!!

Staying at this how was pleasant and comfortable. To room I'll give 4 out of 5. Rooms are but small but nicely clean. To room service I'll give 5 out of 5 and same goes for dinner we ordered was served promptly and hot. Taste was good.I'll give 5 out of 5 for courteous behaviour of staff.Their is ample space of parking and lift is also available.
