The hotel is situated in the heart of the city inbetween Dhanushkodi and Pamban and 1.5kms from the Rameshwaram railway station.The room was spacious and had decent bedding with a working AC.The wifi does not most of the time. The is no hot water for bathing and no drinking water facility. We had to wait for atleast 2hrs for them to fix the centralised hot water system, but it did not help, so we had to request for hot water to be brought in a bucket which was moderately hot and may not be sufficient if you have travelled the whole day.Bottled water is provided at cost price. The room had dirty curtains and a musty smell for which we had to request a room freshner.The reception is very poor in catering to needs and have to be constantly reminded across different people who attend the call.The seating sofas in the lobby area were so dirty that you think twice to sit on it. You can see mould in one part of this area. The place looks all fancy in photos and from outside, but lacks maintenance and bacis needs for travellers.
Had booked for 2 premium rooms and were given two rooms with broken cupboards and the bedding was wet and looked used with stains all over. Both rooms were dusty and toilet reeked of urine .Reception staff were responsive and directed cleaning staff to clean which they did not do.Had to ask them multiple times to clean the toilet which reeked of urine and still it was not cleaned properly.Overall not at all well maintained hotel.Ultimately had to pay for an upgrade .Ig when you book through apps like this they give you horrible rooms.
Checked out this morning. No hot water on any day of our stay...repair status un known.Had to keep asking for all the basic facilities they have mentioned as included in the room. Reception staff are slow to respond for any requirement. Not worth the charges they levy for the room.
