Hotel Sunrise N Resorts

Rooms are small and have an unusual odor. The hotel's front view was spectacular, and the interior was satisfactory.The one-night stay after a long motorcycle ride was just fine with me.

I stayed in an Executive Room from December 19th’20th, 2025. This hotel is significantly overpriced compared to nearby options and has major service flaws. The mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable.Serious Concerns:1. Safety Risk: Their resident Labrador tried to bite a guest during my stay; fortunately, the guest managed to escape. This is a huge liability.2. Hygiene: I witnessed the female Labrador being taken directly into the kitchen to be fed, which is completely unsanitary.3. Poor Management: The restaurant manager was incredibly rude to his own staff, creating a tense atmosphere. He was also dishonest with me, claiming I didn't specify my "No Onion/No Garlic" order despite my entire meal being ordered that way.4. Overcharging: I was charged 50/- for a water bottle with an 18/- MRP.Avoid this place’there are much better, safer, and more honest options available.

The staff is extremely supportive, and the hotel maintains great ambience and cleanliness throughout my stay. Their service quality really stands out ’ they genuinely make sure guests are comfortable and well taken care of.The breakfast was one of the highlights, especially their bread pakoda and upma, which were absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend trying them!A special mention to Manager Nilay Ji and the General Managers ’ they were very cooperative and ensured that I had the best possible stay. Their professionalism and kind behavior added great value to my experience.If I had to rate the hotel, I would confidently give it 9.7 out of 10. It is definitely a wonderful place to stay in Nagpur.However, there are a couple of areas where improvements would make the stay even better:Wi-Fi connectivity on the 3rd floor is quite weak, though it works perfectly on the 2nd floor.During check-in, it took around 15 minutes because the front desk had difficulty locating my booking. Improving communication and coordination at the reception would help ensure smoother check-ins for future guests.Overall, despite these minor issues, Hotel Sunrise and Resort is a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would happily recommend it and look forward to staying again!

The rooms were good, the service was nice, and the staff was very polite and helpful. They also allow pet dogs, which is a big plus for pet parents. However, the room rate of ’4000 per night feels quite high, as the rooms, although clean and well-equipped with all basic facilities, are not exceptionally great. Apart from that, everything else ’ the staff, food, and overall service ’ was really good.

Worst Service I have seen on overall basis. 2 rooms has been given initially. As per the hotel staff, they have upgraded us in the room at the time of check in moment we entered.Given room Amenities:-1.NO HOT WATER.2. AC REMOTE NOT WORKING3. OVER 1 HOUR OF SERVICE DELAYS. BY THE TIME IT CAME, HUNGERNESS DIED.4. PHOTO CAPTURED THE ROOM IS OF MORE THAN A YEAR OLD.5. Cockroaches was resting in the room. Room then requested to be changed.6. HARD BED.If above mentioned Amenities are upgrade then THANK YOU.
