Disappointing Stay

My experience at Hotel Surya Inn Resort, Dehradun was very disappointing and did not meet even the most basic standards. The cleanliness was lacking and the rooms seemed poorly maintained. Many amenities advertised during booking were misleading — the swimming pool is not included and costs ₹300 per person per hour, which was not disclosed anywhere, and the board games shown are not available at all. The restaurant was another big disappointment with overpriced food that tasted very bad, making it feel like a waste of money. Additionally, the elevator was out of order and we were assigned a room on the third floor without any prior warning or help, which made the stay inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, the worst I have had, and completely different from what was promised online.
