The hotel does not offer good value for the price. The housekeeping service is very poor. There is no hot water in the bathroom. You need to call multiple times to get any service or request fulfilled. We also experienced a theft issue in our room while housekeeping was being done.

I am completely happy with the hotel services. It is safe for families, and their food court is good. The staff are very helpful. Overall, my experience was very positive. The location is also convenient, being about 190 meters from Assi Ghat and around 500 to 600 meters from Sant Ravidas Ghat.
