Water bottles are not provided; guests must fetch RO water themselves from the third floor using their own bottles. The food brought in by the attendant from outside was inedible. We had to ask the attendant to arrange morning tea. Despite all four of us being senior citizens, no one offered us a glass of water upon arrival, which was already challenging due to police barricades making the property hard to find. The attendant was unable to give proper directions. We ended up hiring a local rickshaw and followed it to Kailasha. The attendant only started assisting us after we requested the owner's phone number. Overall, it was a poor experience and not recommended for senior citizens traveling with family.
