Infrastructure of this 3 star hotel is a little low than average 3 star but the staff, both day and night and their readiness to go at par for comforting the guests is exceptionally 5 star standard.Highly recommended for Indore visit as it's nearby to railway station, bus stand for Ujjain and Omkareshwar visits.
The first room I was given had a noisy AC and fan, which made it difficult to sleep. After requesting a room change, the staff shifted me to another room. The new room is comfortable, although it does not have a wardrobe.The staff is good and cooperative overall. However, when I asked the night reception staff whether they accept online bookings, he said they do not, which was a little confusing since online booking is available.Overall, the stay is okay, but a little better communication and room facilities would make the experience better. And they charged me for water bottle.
