Igloo Stays Edapally

I arrived late at about 10:45 PM, but the staff remained very helpful and the check-in went smoothly. I parked my bike for free under the nearby flyover before heading to the dorm. The dorm was air-conditioned and featured a convenient digital token entry system. Each guest had their own locker, and the room was clean and well kept. Every bed included a personal lamp and charging port, which was very handy. The bed was soft and comfy, though the pillow was a bit large and firm. The location is a major plus, being very close to Lulu Mall. Overall, I had a positive stay and would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time at Igloo Stays, Edappally! The dorms, both AC and non-AC, were clean, and the AC rooms smelled fresh. They provided mineral water and an iron box. The stay was quite disappointing. The accommodation quality was low, and the customer service left much to be desired. The main problem was the absence of an attached bathroom, which was very inconvenient and should have been clearly stated prior to booking. In general, the facilities and service fell short of what one would reasonably expect. I would not suggest this hotel and recommend others to think carefully before making a reservation.
