Rooms are so small in respective to price.Beds are too small with respect to a human sizeThere are separate room with attached bathroom. And shared bathroom. AC and non-AC rooms.Must ensure before booking online.Also it will be difficult to get refund.Not recommended ’ for online booking. May consider spot book after visiting rooms.’’

I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the accommodation and service received. A confirmed booking for a four-sharing room, secured one month prior, was breached and unilaterally changed to two separate single rooms upon arrival. These replacement rooms were unacceptably congested, with notably narrow hall access. Furthermore, the level of service was highly unprofessional: staff were rude, demanding immediate outstanding payment on the check-in day, and failed to provide essential amenities (sealed water, tea/coffee). Luggage transfer from the lobby was also refused. The facility's overall hygiene standards were unacceptable especially paan was spat around the corners and bathrooms

My recent stay was, without a doubt, the worst touring experience I have ever had. Despite booking a four-sharing room a month in advance, we were suddenly informed it was unavailable and were downgraded to two single rooms. The rooms themselves were congested, and the hallways were uncomfortably narrow.’The service was appalling. Staff members were rude, going so far as to rudely demand the remaining payment on the day of arrival. Basic amenities were entirely absent: we were not provided with sealed water bottles, tea, or coffee. To make matters worse, staff refused to assist with luggage, leaving us to carry our bags from the lobby to our rooms. The overall hygiene was extremely poor

Asked for extra money when we did early check-in and didn't compromised when we did early check-in out

One of the discounted hotel! We booked two room when we carefully read details about the room they we have air conditioning in the room but there was no ac, and too small fan if anyone want to book this hotel room don't book online prefer to book offine after seeing these room and too small room they don't say this room was without ac in online we get to know after seeing this room. Therefore, we booked today we can't get refund after seeing rooms we feel so bad not expected as we think we have too change hotel and lift are also not available luggage it's such a bad experience when someone comes from traveling 14 hour as far and not a good room after book ..... to the owner advice try to understand guest and kindly try to improve cancellation policy so can if somebody don't want to stay they can get refund even half ... aside this you give us big two water bottle this is very amazing
