Couple • Jul 2026Extremely disappointing experience at 7 Apple Hotel Jaipur.Room no-404 & 406We had a confirmed booking for ’2,700 inclusive of taxes and breakfast, yet during check-in we were asked to pay ’7,500 for two rooms with breakfast. The entire situation was handled very poorly and created unnecessary stress for my family during our holiday.The behavior of the reception staff was unacceptable. Instead of assisting guests professionally, the staff member was rude, unhelpful, and showed very little concern for customer satisfaction. A hotel’s front desk creates the first impression, and unfortunately ours was a very negative one.The breakfast was equally disappointing. The food lacked taste and quality, and almost nothing served was enjoyable. I also overheard other guests expressing similar concerns about the breakfast experience.What was supposed to be a pleasant family vacation ended with frustration and disappointment because of this hotel. Management seriously needs to focus on staff training, customer service, and food quality. Interestingly, other online reviews have also mentioned issues with booking handling and front-desk service. (Tripadvisor’’)Overall, this was a complete waste of money and definitely not worth the price charged. I would not recommend this hotel to families or travelers expecting professional hospitality.
