Nice hotel

Worst experience ever!I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.First, the Ujjain branch informed us that they had a combo offer and that we would get a discount at their Indore branch. Based on this information, we made the booking.However, when we reached Indore and tried to contact the hotel regarding the offer, nobody responded properly. Instead, they kept putting us on conference calls with 4’5 people internally, only to eventually tell us that there was no such combo offer.What made the experience even worse was that they did not provide proper assistance with the location either. We wasted almost 3 hours trying to sort everything out and find suitable accommodation, only to be told in the end that the offer they themselves had communicated simply did not exist.This was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and a complete waste of our time. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, particularly for families.

Great location and reasonable price, would recommend the same to everyone.

Dont go to negative comments.. "Our stay here was absolutely incredible, largely thanks to the phenomenal team. Every staff member made us feel truly welcomed and valued. The service felt personalized, warm, and proactive rather than just routine. Room service was fast and delicious, and the front desk team made getting around the city effortless. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special!
