Lee Benz ARK Hotel

Excellent hotel in the heart of Kumbakonam. You can see the sarangapani temple and the Adi kumbeswar temple from the hotel. The breakfast spread is nice. So was the vegetarian meals. There are 5-6 well known temples at a short walking distance too. Parking is not a big issue.

I am very happy with my stay at Lee Benz-ARK. I stayed for two days, and it was a wonderful experience. I would like to list a few things that truly impressed me:1.When I arrived at the hotel around 5:00 AM on 25th February 2024, all the documents were kept ready. I signed them, and the check-in process was completed quickly without any delay.2.The receptionist stood up and handed over the room key card with both hands. Every day, a different receptionist followed the same practice. This was amazing ’ I have never seen this in any other hotel. Usually, hotels just place the key card on the desk for guests to pick up.3.The room service staff were very well trained. He switched on the AC and even asked if he should switch on the TV. It was a ’wow’ experience. The room was cleaned daily and maintained very well.4.The security personnel also performed their duties excellently. They warmly welcomed guests and even arranged an auto for my travel.5.Last but not least, the dining hall staff were extremely well trained and very polite in handling guests. They repeatedly asked if I needed anything, especially offering additional dosa. The way they served made me eat more, even though it was a buffet system. A special mention to Mani, Rahul and Robin ’ they did their job exceptionally well.All the staff are very well trained. Lee Benz-ARK Hotel, you are truly lucky to have such a wonderful team. I did not find any negativity during my entire stay.Hats off to your team!

Rooms are good. Service is also good. Room service from canteen, particularly, morning coffee is not good. Services in your Mokshika bhavan are to be improved. Very slow. Requires frequent reminders. Buffet was good. Otherwise, nice place to stay. I enjoyed. Thanks to the team.

Good,and nice hotel to stay in big street. Location near to all temple. Restaurant price is higher and food is normal at par. Good to stay. WiFi is strong and accessible to all download. Staff is very co operative and they guide well if you have any questions. Location is accessible to from all parts of kumbakonam

A little gem of a hotel. The first thing is the great location. 5 major temples are within walking distance. The Sarangapani Temple is right behind the hotel and the others are just a few minutes walk away. The rooms are reasonably spacious and is good value for money. The staff are very courteous and respond to all needs quickly. Special mention for Mr. Raju, the doorman! He helped us to plan our temple trips very well. The Mokshi restaurant is good too. I wish they served the famous Kumbakonam Degree Coffee though.
