Lemon Tree Premier - Hitec City - Hyderabad

I had a very good experience with Lemon Tree Premier, Hyderabad. I recommend the same to fellow travellers.

I would love if it had a play area for kids. The swimming pool didn't seem to be temperature controlled. Other than that, the stay was comfortable. The location is a huge plus. The brief interaction with the staff was fine. I like that they leave the guests themselves without disturbing the guests.

Fair for the budget.Service = polite but average and disorganised. Every time I asked for a car to be arranged in advance it wasn’t, even though I was told it was. I arrived on time to confused looks and rushed Hindi whispers which were clearly arranging whatever hadn’t been done when I’d asked. Generally staff were pleasant though and personable.Rooms = basic but clean and comfortable.Food & drink = breakfast is decent and takeaway possible. The bar however is a depressing, windowless misery-hole.Location = pretty much nowhere. Many better places to stay but it’ll cost you.I’d stay again if I had to, but not because I want to.

My major concern during this stay was regarding the early check-in experience. The contact number provided by the property was not working. After checking multiple sources, I finally managed to get in touch with the hotel team and spoke with Vinay, who later connected me with Feroz from the Front Office team. I requested an early check-in and clearly mentioned that I was travelling overnight by road in my personal car along with my husband and we were extremely exhausted. I was also willing to pay any applicable early check-in charges as per policy.However, my request was denied. Upon reaching the hotel, I was informed that no rooms were available and was asked to leave. I requested at least a place to freshen up, but the night shift receptionist informed me that services would only be available after two hours and refused to accommodate or assist in any manner. Due to this, I had to book another hotel for a few hours and pay additional early check-in charges. The lack of empathy and the rude behaviour made the beginning of my stay very unpleasant.Unfortunately, the challenges continued during check-in. I was initially given keys to a room that was already occupied by another guest. The next room provided had a damp and unpleasant smell. A third room was finally allotted after approximately 30 minutes of additional waiting for cleaning.On a positive note, the housekeeping team was extremely helpful, efficient, and handled their responsibilities perfectly. Their prompt service was commendable.Overall, while housekeeping service was appreciable, the Front Office team displayed rude behaviour and showed no willingness to listen or address guest concerns, which significantly impacted my overall experience.

Only best thing about hotel is it's location and proximity to raheja mindspace. For the cost there are decent options around with better amenities. The tap knob was loose, basic amenities were available, cleanliness average. Worst part is their restaurant, the food options were limited with band taste. Just usual idli Dosa and pavilion bhaji in options. Dessert one day Bellam Pongal and other day suji halwa. Havent seen such limited food selection even in 2 or 3 star hotels. Food and beverage service was slowest. Does not justify the cost at all. Avoid at all cost.
