Mayflower Hotel

The rooms were not very clean, and room service was extremely slow. The food was mediocre; we've had better meals in more remote places. The staff, however, was friendly, articulate, and helpful.

For the money we have paid unfortunately I’ll only be able to give 3 stars for this property and our stay experience. First to start with the good part - the front office people were quite supportive and proactive. The room was clean and had a TV and a 2 seater sofa and etc.Worst part was the restaurant- my kid got a long piece of thread from his omelette which ruined our whole breakfast. Also during dinner we ordered basic stuffs like pasta and it took close to an hour to deliver. The food quality and taste was also average. The room size was also pretty small compared to similar category hotels.Rest, thanks to the staffs who have been kind and helpful during our stay and wish the management in making this place better

Considering the price we paid, I can only rate this property and our stay experience with 3 stars. Starting with the positives - the front desk staff were helpful and proactive. The room was clean and included a TV and a two-seater sofa, among other things. The worst part was the restaurant - my child found a long thread in his omelette, which spoiled our entire breakfast. Also, during dinner, we ordered simple items like pasta, but it took nearly an hour to arrive. The food quality and taste were just average. The room size was quite small compared to other hotels in the same category. Otherwise, thanks to the staff who were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and I hope the management works on improving this place.

Overall, it is quite good. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere feels very cozy.

The triple sharing room feels quite small considering the price. If charging over 6000 per night for a single room for 3 people, please at least provide 3 bottles of water.
