Minerva Grand Tirupati

Today we happened to visit the restaurant for having a quick meal for catching up travel back to Hyderabad.Mr.Hema Sundar was warmly greeted and suggested on the order to be placed. We were able to wrap up our lunch within 20mins due to the outstanding efforts by entire team guided by Mr.HS. Kudos to Minerva Grand team, Tirupati and these are assets to any Organisation/ business.As usual hygiene, hospitality and food quality / taste was outstanding & yummy!Cheers’?

Very disappointing experience. The food quality was poor and not worth the price at all. On top of that, the management was extremely unorganized. We were made to wait 45 minutes for our order, and after all that waiting, we were served the wrong items.There was no proper apology or effort to fix the mistake, which made the experience even worse. Overall, bad food, bad management, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Minerva Grand Tirupati is opposite to Tirupati bus stand. On 20-Nov-2025, they arranged a buffet breakfast having doughnut, cake, tea toast, bread-butter-jam, boiled peanuts, musk melon & papaya pieces, raw soaked peanuts & sprouted moong, grape juice, pohe, pongal, idli, medu vada, poori. 2 types of vegetables, palak uttappa, 4-5 types of wet chutneys, a dry chutney/podi etc. For lunch. North Indian vegetables like mix veg, Kofta curry, phulka, tandoori butter roti, kulcha, sweet corn soup, South Indian mini thali, curd rice, sambar rice, vanilla icecream, buttermilk, sweet lassi etc. were served as a-la-carte menu. They need to reduce preparation & serving time. Before giving room keys, they need to ensure if necessary things like shaving kit, dental kit, soap, shampoo etc. have been kept there as per the No. of occupants. Also toilet paper should be provided promptly if consumed completely. They should train their entire staff on speaking Hindi & English properly. They should serve the non-South Indian dishes also faster in moderate time, but instead they suggest customers to order South Indian dishes. If hotel owner pays regular adequate salary, why does housekeeping lady do extra salutations to ladies using the washroom? As if the housekeeping lady suggests customers to give her money, tip every time...This hotel is adjacent to Reliance Fresh & RS Brothers malls. Malls have costly products but worth visiting once.

Minerva Grand is right in the heart of Tirupati, which makes it super convenient if you’re visiting the temple or just exploring the city. We went there for dinner and were really happy with what we ordered ragi dosa, paneer butter masala, naan, and masala papad. Everything tasted fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful. The service was quick and the staff was polite, which made the meal even more enjoyable.The next morning, we tried their breakfast buffet. They had a nice spread with quite a few options both Indian and continental. But compared to dinner, the breakfast felt a little average. The presentation and quality could definitely be improved because some items didn’t feel as fresh or well put together.That said, the overall experience was still good. The ambience was comfortable, and the location is super convenient for anyone staying in the city. I’d definitely recommend this place for dinner/lunch just hope they tweak the breakfast a bit to match the same standard!

The hotel is located very conveniently ’ just a short walk from both the railway station and bus stand, which made it easy to get around without any hassle.The rooms were spacious, neat, and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and all basic amenities. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property were impressive, and the staff were always courteous and helpful.The real highlight of our stay was the food ’ all pure vegetarian and freshly prepared. The in-house restaurant served both South Indian and North Indian cuisines, and we enjoyed every meal.’? Dinner ExperiencesOn the first night, we tried an Indo-Chinese meal ’ vegetable noodles, manchurian, and fried rice. The flavors were spot-on: the noodles were perfectly stir-fried, not oily, and had a nice mix of vegetables; the manchurian was crispy on the outside and soft inside with a tangy, spicy sauce; and the fried rice was aromatic with just the right seasoning. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and well-balanced.On the second night, we went for a North Indian dinner, which was equally satisfying. We ordered naan, roti, dum aloo, and paneer curry. The dum aloo had a rich, mildly spiced tomato-based gravy with soft potatoes that absorbed the flavors beautifully. The paneer dish was creamy and perfectly cooked ’ soft paneer pieces in a flavorful sauce. The naans and rotis were hot, soft, and complemented the gravies perfectly.’? Breakfast BuffetBoth mornings, we enjoyed their breakfast buffet, which had an impressive spread ’ idli, podi idli, vada, mysore bonda, dosa made to order, tea, coffee, fruit juices, bread, butter toast, and many more items. Everything was fresh, hot, and well-prepared. The idlis were soft, the podi idli was flavorful, and the dosas were crisp and served with delicious chutneys and sambar.The service throughout our stay was quick and attentive, and the restaurant staff made sure we were comfortable.Overall, Minerva Grand Tirupati is an ideal stay option for families and devotees visiting Tirumala. The combination of clean rooms, courteous staff, and excellent vegetarian food made our trip memorable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
