Solo Traveller • Sep 2026First they didn't offer welcome drink2nd staff was helpful3rd owner was very much helpfulThere was some problem in tv socket so we have to wait for chk in a bit, but the owner let us chk out late for 1 hr because our train timings was late4th there was no lift5th early morning I wake up and went to bathroom but there was no water in the tap, I call to owner and atonce he arranged water in tap.6th at the time of chk in they didn't tell us basic help things like whom to call and what to do when need help7th they give us hair dryer when we demandBut people are helpful of hotel and owner too so didn't get any problemAll things are manageable But it should have been managed already before chk in so customer should not give them any kind of pain.
