Fantastic Family Stay

10.0

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family, and the overall experience was simply fantastic. Every aspect from dining and garden spaces to room service and staff friendliness was spot on. The dining staff, in particular, were exceptionally warm and attentive, which made our meals even more enjoyable.A special mention to Mr. Palas Sharma, who went above and beyond when my car broke down. He quickly arranged a cab on an urgent basis, which was incredibly helpful and ensured our trip continued smoothly. We also loved the bonfire night it added a memorable touch to our stay.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Pachmarhi!

Peaceful Well-Maintained Stay

10.0

Visited MPT Hotel Highland in Pachmarhi recently. Loved the location - right before entering the city with all main points nearby ’?. Hotel was well-maintained with separate wings for 5 rooms each - no disturbance even at full occupancy. One thing: room sizes varied. You'll get a peaceful, not luxury, vibe. MPT properties usually include at least one meal and breakfast. Food was fresh, tasted homemade - not too spicy or bland. Hospitality was top-notch - staff was super soft & helpful, always said 'yes'. Overall great experience, would definitely suggest
