Very disappointing experience. I lost my mobile phone on the hotel premises and requested assistance from the management. Although security cameras were installed on the property, the staff refused to check the CCTV footage or help investigate the matter. As a guest, I expected basic support and cooperation in such a situation. The lack of concern and unwillingness to assist left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service I received.

MPT Karnikar Bungalows, Pachmarhi, is a wonderful place to stay. The food was amazing, and the hospitality was truly excellent. The overall experience was very comfortable and memorable.A special thanks to front desk officer Aqeel ji for his outstanding service. He was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive to customers, and people like him are a big reason guests return again and again. Hats off to Aqeel ji and the entire team for their great work.

This is an MPT property leased to private vendors, and they are doing a fantastic job. The bungalow has a beautiful vintage and rustic charm while being very well-maintained.The highlight was definitely the amazing food, they offer a wide variety for every meal, and everything tasted fresh. It’s incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect escape. Highly recommended for those seeking a heritage vibe!

Our stay at Karnikar Bunglow was surprisingly good.This old guest house converted into hotel bu MP Tourism, feels like staying in heritage property.Conveniently located in heart of Pachmarhi, it’s near from all local sightseeing but in calm army locality.Apart from being affordable, service was extremely good in this hotel. It’s clean, hygienic and safe.Highly recommended hotel in Pachmarhi.Accommodation: 5/5Cleanliness : 5/5Food : 4/5 ( This can be improved, although it was good with lot of options, the taste can be better)Location : 5/5 (This is near to summer house and Bison Lodge)Service : 5/5 (They provide all amenities)Affordability : 5/5 ( Being an MPT property, this is affordable.
